Dying teen called 911, no one came

Trapped and dying in a minivan, 16-year old Kyle Plush asked Siri to call 911 and begged the dispatcher for help in a series of emergency calls, but no help came. HLN's Erica Hill speaks with Cincinnati Enquirer's Sharon Coolidge.
