Asia markets, Dow futures fall after the index finishes its worst month since October 2008

Global stocks and US futures declined Wednesday after the White House warned that up to 240,000 Americans could die as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and President Donald Trump threw his weight behind another $2 trillion stimulus package.
