Trump in 1999: Can't rule out North Korea strike

In a 1999 interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer, Donald Trump said the right way to deal with the growing threat of North Korean nuclear missiles is to negotiate first then move to drastic actions and did not rule out a strike against Pyongyang.
