Garlic Festival shooter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police chief says

The Gilroy Garlic Festival shooter, Santino William Legan, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, Gilroy Police Chief Scot Smithee said Friday during a press conference.
