Cullen, the United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia, after James Fields -- the white supremacist who two years ago on August 12 murdered Heather Heyer in Charlottesville, Virginia -- was sentenced to life in prison. And as I've seen first-hand, white supremacists are indeed calculated, cold-blooded and motivated by hate -- but most are not ravaged by mental illness as some have claimed, and as Donald Trump suggested Monday morning in his speech on the shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio.
