Justice Department watchdog says no political bias in Russia probe, but blasts FBI actions

Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz will testify Wednesday before a Senate committee about his blockbuster report on the early stages of the Russia investigation, stating that the probe was legally justified but also detailing "significant concerns" with some of the FBI's activities.
