Doors where deadly Bronx fire broke out were not functioning appropriately, fire commissioner says

Fire officials are working to establish the cause of an apartment building fire that killed 19 people in the Bronx Sunday, with early indications it began with a heater, according to Daniel Nigro, commissioner of the New York City Fire Department.
