The Grand al-Nuri Mosque in Mosul, Iraq, where ISIS's leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi declared the creation of a "caliphate" has been blown up. But as CNN's Hala Gorani and Arwa Damon report, there are conflicting accusations over who is responsible.
