African elephant poaching has declined, but study warns they are still vulnerable




Ivory demand has fallen, especially from Chinese markets -- the biggest driver behind poaching in Africa, according to a study that appeared in the journal Nature Communications last month. But poverty and corruption in Africa are keeping the illegal trade alive.
