Items discarded at U.S.-Mexico border

Tom Kiefer photographed what he found in the trash while working as a janitor and groundskeeper at a Border Patrol facility in Arizona. Most of the items -- personal effects such as rosaries, wallets and clothes -- belonged to people trying to enter the country illegally, he said.
