GOP Rep. Perry: People are not dying in Puerto Rico

Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pennsylvania, incorrectly claimed Thursday that people are not dying in Puerto Rico, adding that the federal response to Hurricane Maria's destruction is a "success story" as he defended President Donald Trump's leadership during the crisis.
